❓ What’s included in each photo package?
All photo packages include high-resolution, professionally edited HDR images optimized for MLS and print. You'll receive both full-res and web-size versions.

❓ How quickly will I receive my media?
Most packages are delivered within 24–48 hours after the shoot. Matterport tours and videos may require up to 72 hours depending on complexity.

❓ Do you charge extra for travel?
We cover most of Southern California within a 2.5-hour radius of Redlands. Travel outside this range may incur a small mileage fee. Just ask and we’ll confirm upfront.

❓ What happens if I need to reschedule?
No problem — we understand real estate moves fast. We offer flexible rescheduling with no fee if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

❓ How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Invoice via email. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.

❓ Do you offer discounts for multiple listings or teams?
Yes! We have special pricing for multi-property shoots, investor portfolios, and teams. Contact us for a custom quote.

❓ Can you customize a package?
Absolutely. If you only need drone, or want to swap out video for extra photos, just let us know and we’ll tailor a package that fits.
